A:  We normally adopted T/T and Western Union for payment terms which will make the deal quick and easy.

T/T (Wire Transfer) : This is the normal way we do. For the normal order 30% deposit required before production then 70% balance to be paid before shipment.In order to save your bank handling charges, for small order (Value is under US$5,000.00) we recommend 100% T/T.

Western Union:  For sample payment or small order, pls kindly pay this way because it advances the shipment 2-3 days. Further it saves bank charges for Digitide. Please make sure the payer's full name you're informing us is completely the same as on the bank remittance receipt.

(L/C, D/A, D/P): In consideration of the quick delivery and capital flow of this electronics industry, currently those terms of payment is not available sorry for the inconvenience.

 

A:  For any product you purchased from EnjoyEE, we provied One-Year warranty from the date of shipment.

We're trying every effort to keep the defective level under the allowed standard limitation but electronic products are something tender and defects will arise unavoidably after long way transportation or under heavy load. 
Defective products can be sent back to us periodically like every 3 months or 6 months and we'll get them repaired within 6-10 days.

As an international rule the sending-back charges are on your side. After defective products are repaired we will send them back to you and the delivery charges are on our side.

 

A:  To help you explore your market and set up your own brand, we'll be happy to provide you OEM services:
 
1) Logo Print on product:  Please provide us your logo design in JEPG or TIF or BMP format

2) Logo on start / ending page of MP4 or other items with screen: Please provide us logo design (both icon or text type) in JPG format

3) Customised Package: Please provide us package design artwork in PSD format, can send by email or send us CD by courier

 

A: At least 2 to 3 days before shipment, we'd like to be informed of your detailed address, company name, phone number and receiver full name for shipment.

We can ship out by Express Company ( DHL,TNT, FEDEX, UPS ) for small quantity order ( under 100kg ). If mass quantity we can send by air or by Sea. Shipping fee can be calculated according to the weights, volume, transportation etc. a firm rule to choose is it must be safe, quick and ecomomical for customer and the freight should be confirmed before signing the sales contract or your P/O.

(Note: Our price is normally based on FOB term therefore you have the right to choose your own forwarder, especially when you have an account with above mentioned couriers)
